Review Linked Overages

Open the Linked overages tab.

This tab shows reconciliation variances that are automatically connected to the uplift.

You do not need to add linked overages manually.

If no overages are linked yet, the system will show No linked overages yet.

Linked overages may appear after a reconciliation run if the uplift matches the relevant variance.

Important notes:

  • Linked overages are generated automatically.

  • The uplift must match the relevant house, young person, dates, and funding source.

  • If no linked overages appear, the uplift may not yet match a reconciliation variance.

Save or Cancel the Uplift

After making changes, click Save changes.

To close the panel without saving, click Close.

To cancel the uplift, click Cancel uplift.

Only cancel an uplift if it is no longer required or was created in error.

Troubleshooting

If the Young Person field is unavailable:

  • Select a House first.

  • Check that the young person is assigned to the selected house.

  • Confirm the young person is active in the system.

If an uplift does not appear in the list:

  • Clear the search bar.

  • Set Approval Status to All statuses.

  • Check the selected House, Reason, and Funding filters.

  • Confirm the uplift was saved successfully.

If evidence cannot be attached:

  • Check that the uplift has been created and saved.

  • Confirm the URL is valid.

  • Add a clear description.

  • Click Attach link before saving changes.

If linked overages do not appear:

  • Wait for the next reconciliation run.

  • Check that the uplift dates match the reconciliation period.

  • Confirm the uplift is linked to the correct house and young person.

  • Check that the funding source matches the variance.
