Before You Start

You need access to Child Safety and Reconciliation.

The Houses tab shows reconciliation data for one house at a time. Data will appear after the house has been configured, shifts have been rostered, and the reconciliation engine has run.

Open Reconciliation Houses

From the left sidebar, open Child Safety.

Select Reconciliation.

At the top of the page, select the Houses tab.

This opens the per-house reconciliation view.

Review the Houses page

The Houses page is used to review expected versus actual hours, cutout status, savings, and overages for a selected house.

At the top of the page, you can use:

  • House dropdown

  • Period range selector

  • Export CSV

  • Configure in Sites

If no house is selected, the page will show Pick a house to inspect.

Select a house

Use the House dropdown to choose the house you want to review.

The dropdown may show options such as:

  • Oxford Street Site

  • Bright Futures Care Home

After selecting a house, the page will load that house’s reconciliation information.

Review the selected house

Once a house is selected, the house name appears above the reconciliation panel.

You may also see a staff name or label beside the house name, depending on the house setup.

If no reconciliation data is available, the page will show No reconciliation periods yet.

This means the selected house has not been reconciled within the selected period range.

Choose a period range

Use the Period range control to choose the reporting window.

You can select a preset period, such as:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 14 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • This Month

  • Last Month

  • Last 3 Months

You can also type relative or fixed times if supported.

Pick custom start and end dates

Select the date range field to open the calendar picker.

Choose the Start date and time.

Choose the End date and time.

Select Apply to update the report.

The selected period controls which reconciliation data appears for the house.

Export house reconciliation data

Select Export CSV to download the reconciliation data for the selected house and period.

If there is no reconciliation data available, this button may be disabled.

Configure the house in Sites

Select Configure in Sites if the house needs setup changes.

Use this when expected hours, house configuration, or reconciliation settings need to be updated before reconciliation can run correctly.

Important Notes

  • The Houses tab shows reconciliation data for one selected house at a time.

  • A house must be configured in Sites before reconciliation data can appear.

  • If the page shows No reconciliation periods yet, the reconciliation engine has not generated data for the selected house and period.

  • The selected Period range affects all reconciliation results shown on the page.

  • The Export CSV button may only be available when reconciliation data exists.

Troubleshooting

  • If the page says Pick a house to inspect, select a house from the House dropdown.

  • If a house is missing, check that it has been created in Sites.

  • If no reconciliation periods appear, confirm that the house has expected hours configured and rostered shifts in the selected period.

  • If the date range returns no data, choose a wider period range.

  • If Export CSV is disabled, check whether reconciliation data exists for the selected house and period.

  • If the house needs setup changes, select Configure in Sites and review the house configuration.
