Create/Edit Sites

The Sites section within Diversity Sync'd lists all houses and site locations where support workers provide care to participants. This area allows staff to view, create, and manage site information, including related programs (Child Safety or NDIS), house managers, and other relevant details.

Navigating to the Sites Section

  1. Within the Diversity Sync'd side menu.

  2. Select Sites.

Understanding the Sites Table

The table includes the following columns:

  • Site Name

  • Site House Manager

  • Program (Child Safety or NDIS)

  • Branch

  • Archived Status

  • Site ID

Filtering Options:

You can filter the list using:

  • Text Input under the Site Name or Site House Manager columns.

  • Dropdown Selectors for Organisation and Branch by clicking the column title.

  • Archived Toggle by clicking the Archived column title to switch between active and inactive sites.

Creating a New Site

  1. Click the blue Create Site button at the top right of the table.

  2. Fill in the following details:

    • Site Name (Required)

    • Site Address (Required)

    • Site Details

    • Site Program (Child Safety or NDIS)

    • Sleepover Start Time (Defaults to 10:00pm)

    • Site Contact Number

    • Assigned House Manager

    • Associated Assets

  3. Click Save to confirm the new site, or Cancel to discard changes.

Note: Adjusting the Sleepover Start Time will affect SCHADS award calculations for all staff shifts for this site.

Editing an Existing Site

  1. Select a site from the table.

  2. Make any required changes to the site's details.

  3. Click Save to apply the changes.

Note: You must have the appropriate permissions to create or edit sites.

Archiving a Site:

To deactivate a site, click the orange Archive button at the bottom left of the edit page. This will set the site as inactive and will not be able to be used within the roster.

Accessing Site Files in Storage

To quickly access associated site files:

  1. Select the site from the table.

  2. At the top of the page, use the dropdown menu to navigate to the relevant folder in the Storage section.
