Before You Start

You need access to Child Safety and Reconciliation.

The Regional tab groups saved-hour pools and contingency usage by region. Data will appear after houses are configured, assigned to regions, shifts are rostered, and reconciliation data is available.

Step 1: Open Regional Reconciliation

From the left sidebar, open Child Safety.

Select Reconciliation.

At the top of the page, select the Regional tab.

This opens the regional reconciliation view.

Step 2: Review the Regional page

The Regional page shows saved-hour pools and contingency usage grouped by region.

The main section is called By region.

This area is used to compare reconciliation activity across different regions.

If houses are not assigned to a region, they may appear under Unassigned.

Step 3: Review regional results

When data is available, the page may show region groups such as Unassigned.

Each region can show the number of houses included in that group.

For example, Unassigned may show 2 houses if two houses do not have a region assigned.

Step 4: Select a period range

Use the Period range control to choose which time period to review.

You can select preset options such as:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 14 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • This Month

  • Last Month

  • Last 3 Months

You can also use relative or fixed time inputs if supported.

Step 5: Choose a custom date range

Select the date range field to open the calendar picker.

Choose the Start date and time.

Choose the End date and time.

Select Apply to update the regional report.

Step 6: Review any error messages

If the regional data cannot load, the page may show an error message.

For example:

We couldn't load the regional summary. Please try again.

If this appears, try refreshing the page, changing the period range, or checking again later.

Important Notes

  • The Regional tab groups reconciliation data by region.

  • Houses without a region may appear under Unassigned.

  • The selected Period range controls which reconciliation data is shown.

  • Regional data depends on house setup, rostered shifts, reconciliation processing, and region assignment.

  • If no reconciliation data exists for the selected period, the page may show limited or empty results.

Troubleshooting

  • If no regional data appears, check that houses have been configured in Sites.

  • If houses appear under Unassigned, check whether each house has a region assigned.

  • If the page shows We couldn't load the regional summary, refresh the page and try again.

  • If the date range returns no results, select a wider period range.

  • If the calendar picker does not update the page, confirm the start and end dates are valid, then select Apply.

  • If you cannot access Regional Reconciliation, check your permissions for Child Safety and Reconciliation.
