Added Select all to the column picker on Register Submissions, so every column can be shown at once.

Xero errors now say what to do instead of showing an ambiguous response: when Xero refuses your connection you're asked to reconnect Xero in Admin → Integrations → Xero, when Xero is busy you're asked to wait and try again, and any other failure names what could not be done.

Formatted text in Static Text and Dialogue form fields is now cleaned before it's shown, so it can no longer carry scripts or unsafe content.

The Improvements list now gathers extra assignees into a +N badge.

Filter conditions, the Shift Note Contributions filters and the Finance › Timesheets filters now stack on phones, so no field is cut off.

The row menu on the last Pay Calendar now stays on screen on phones, and the Active Plan figures stack on narrow screens.

Fixed restoring a file or folder from the trash failing when another item had taken its name in the meantime; it now comes back with a number added, such as msa (2).pdf, and anything inside it that clashes is renamed the same way.

Fixed Register Insights breakdowns by a staff field failing to load.

Fixed italic text showing upright; emphasised text now displays in italics.

Fixed the Xero customer list failing with a general error when your Xero login had expired; it now asks you to reconnect Xero.
