Added Send to Xero for multiple claims at once from the Claims list, with a preview of which claims will be sent or skipped and why, a Xero customer match for each client, and progress and results as the invoices are created.
Added a House field to staff profiles. Houses can be added or archived from the staff form by users with the new staff houses permission, and Xero invoices now fill the House tracking option from the staff member's House instead of the site of the interaction.
Added Contract as an employment type alongside Casual, with its own roster colour rules and a filter on the Roster and the staff list.
Improvements
Xero invoices now carry the claim's service week as their reference, in the form SC dd/mm/yyyy - dd/mm/yyyy, with the line date to match; existing invoices keep their references.
Xero organisation selection in claim sending, weekly billing and invoicing configuration now remembers the organisation you last used, shows a single connected organisation by name instead of a dropdown, and asks you to choose when several are connected.
When the Xero customer list cannot be loaded, the claim send screens and weekly billing now explain that the request failed and offer a Retry button, instead of advising that the Xero account has no customers.
Finance > Allowances and Finance > Shift Pay Rates no longer offer Xero pay items that are archived or fixed-amount, an existing mapping to one is flagged with the reason, and Shift Pay Rates warn when a mapped pay item is recorded in units other than hours.
When Xero rejects a timesheet sync because of a pay item, the error now names the affected shift pay rate or allowance, explains why Xero refused it, and points to where to fix it; a mapping to the wrong type of pay item is named on Timesheets instead of appearing as unassigned.
Finance > Timesheets no longer lists contractors, who are invoiced rather than synced to payroll, and pay-calendar staff counts no longer include them.
Timesheets now show which allowance units came from contracted paid leave, when a sleepover's allowance was last paid, and one titled note per sync reminder, in a tighter table; the timesheet PDF now prints the sleepover note.
The shifts report now splits worked hours from leave hours and names the leave type.
Leave approvals now name the weekend window, flag repeating shifts, and describe what approval will do to each shift, including who accrues paid leave and whether hours are paid, deducted or both.
The shift editor's cancellation control is now called Leave Type with help text, the public holiday leave type selector explains why it is locked, and roster exports print leave type names instead of ids.
The Finish following day switch in the shift editor and template editor now turns itself on when the finish time is earlier in the day than the start, and explains why it is locked.
Roster stats now say that unassigned shifts are excluded, and the Shifts count has its own tooltip.
The Fill panel's staff suggestions now rank against each staff member's ordinary-hours cap.
Editing administration configuration now requires the administration configuration permission; the Invoicing overview, its staff drill-down and the roster's participant tiles show only the participants you have access to, and roster templates capture only the shifts you can see.

Fixed weekly billing timing out partway through when creating and sending a large number of claims to Xero, which could leave some claims created but never sent.
Fixed the Xero customer list failing to load when sending claims or running weekly billing for organisations with a large number of Xero contacts, which appeared as "No customers found in this Xero account".
Fixed Xero invoices created by weekly billing always using 14-day payment terms instead of the invoice terms set in invoicing configuration.
