Added a Your day section to the Invoicing overview showing your own interactions and hours logged today, when your last interaction finished, a seven-day activity chart with weekly totals, and progress against your daily target.
Claims now show their Xero invoice number on the claim page and in the claims list, recorded when the invoice is sent, adopted or synced from Xero, and kept up to date when the number changes in Xero.
Added a Version history permission, so a role can open and download the current copy of a file without seeing its earlier versions.
Invoicing settings now list any Xero organisation that has automatic syncing on but is not covered by your Xero login, with its last sync and a Switch off button, so a dead connection can be switched off.
Improvements
The interaction form now says Staff instead of Support Coordinator in its labels, required-field messages and help text.
The Daily hours calendar on the staff KPI page now shrinks with its card and scrolls inside it on small screens, with the day labels on the rows they name.
The running-shift badge on the home dashboard now says In Progress.
Admin Logs no longer show routine Xero status and list reads as activity, and Xero connect and disconnect entries now name the organisations involved and what happened to inbound routing.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the service-week reference, issue date and line dates on Xero invoices being read in UTC rather than your timezone, so a claim sent before 10am on a Monday could carry the previous week's reference; invoice terms now count from the issue date instead of the claim's creation date.
Fixed weekly billing building its week from UTC midnight instead of local midnight in your timezone, so interactions before 10am on a Monday could land in the wrong week; impossible or reversed billing periods are now refused with a clear message.
Fixed claims being flagged as out of sync with Xero because of rounding: content drift is now judged per line at the cent, the way Xero sums its lines, and flagged claims are re-checked on every hourly sync.
Fixed a Xero organisation with no working connection failing every hourly sync; it is now skipped until it is reconnected or switched off.
