Open Timesheets
Go to Timesheets from the main menu.
Select the pay period you want to review, if prompted.
Open your own timesheet.
Your timesheet shows the shifts and hours recorded for the selected period.
Review your recorded hours
Check the shifts and hours shown in your timesheet.
Review:
Shift dates
Clock-in and clock-out times
Breaks, if shown
Total hours
Any notes or adjustments linked to the shift
The current timesheet status, if available
Make sure the recorded hours match the shifts you worked.
Check your timesheet status
Depending on your organisation’s process, your timesheet may show a status such as:
Pending: Your timesheet is waiting for review.
Submitted: Your timesheet has been sent for review.
Approved: Your timesheet has been reviewed and accepted.
Locked: Changes may no longer be available for this pay period.
Your available actions may depend on the status shown.
Report an issue with your timesheet
Contact your manager or administrator if you notice:
Missing shifts
Incorrect clock-in or clock-out times
Incorrect total hours
A shift assigned to the wrong date
A timesheet that does not appear for the correct pay period
Include the relevant shift date and a short explanation of the issue.

This article is for viewing your own timesheet.
Your access may depend on your role and your organisation’s setup.
Timesheet changes may need manager or administrator review.
Do not submit duplicate requests if a timesheet issue is already being reviewed.
If payroll has already been processed, do not make further changes yourself. Contact your manager or payroll administrator for the correct next step.
Troubleshooting
I cannot see my timesheet
Check that you selected the correct pay period. If your timesheet is still missing, contact your manager or administrator.
My timesheet has the wrong hours
Contact your manager or administrator so they can review the timesheet with you.
I cannot edit my timesheet
Your timesheet may be locked, already submitted, or unavailable for your role. Please ask your manager or administrator to review it.
A shift is missing from my timesheet
Contact your manager or administrator and provide the date and details of the missing shift.
Payroll has already been processed
Do not make further changes yourself. Contact your manager or payroll administrator so they can advise on the correct next step.
