Open Improvements
From the left navigation menu, go to Operations.
Click Improvements.
The Improvements page will open.
Review the Improvements List
The improvements list shows improvement applications in a table.
The table includes:
Improvement
Assignees
Target Date
Status
Each row shows the improvement name, who raised it, assigned staff, the target date, and the current status.
The target date may show Elapsed if the target date has passed.
Use the Status Tabs
Use the tabs at the top of the list to filter improvements by status.
Available tabs include:
All
Active
Complete
Archived
Use All to view every improvement you have access to.
Use Active to view improvements that are still in progress.
Use Complete to view improvements that have been completed.
Use Archived to view improvements that are no longer active but remain stored for reference.
Search for an Improvement
Use the Filter improvements search field to find an improvement.
You can search by visible details, such as the improvement name.
This is helpful when your organisation has many improvement records.
Open an Improvement
Click an improvement row to open its details page.
The improvement details page shows more information about the application, including:
Description
Details
Strategies
Application Feed
Status
Raised By
Target Date
Assignees
Use this page to review progress, update the status, manage assignees, and add comments.
Create a New Improvement
Click New Improvement to submit a new improvement application.
This opens the New Improvement window, where you can enter the improvement name, target date, assignees, details, and strategies.

Important Notes
The Improvements page only shows records you have permission to view.
Active improvements are still in progress.
Complete improvements have been finished.
Archived improvements are no longer active but remain stored.
A target date marked Elapsed means the target date has passed.
Improvement status and assignees are managed from the improvement details page.
Use comments to record updates, decisions, or progress notes.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot see the Improvements page:
Check that you have access to Operations > Improvements.
Ask an administrator to review your role permissions.
If an improvement does not appear in the list:
Check the All, Active, Complete, and Archived tabs.
Use the Filter improvements search field.
Confirm the improvement has not been archived.
Refresh the page and try again.
If you cannot open an improvement:
Confirm you have permission to view improvement applications.
Refresh the page and try again.
Ask an administrator to check your access.
If the target date shows Elapsed:
Open the improvement.
Review the target date.
Update the status, assignees, or action plan if required.
