Before You Start

You need access to the Admin area to update the company name.

You may also need permission to update organisation configuration settings.

Required permissions:

  • View the Configuration tab in the Admin panel

  • Make changes to the organisation configuration settings

If you cannot see the Configuration tab or the Save button, ask an administrator to check your role permissions.

Go to Admin

From the left navigation menu, click Admin.

This opens the Admin area, where you can manage users, roles, logs, integrations, billing, configuration, and notifications.

Open the Configuration Tab

At the top of the Admin page, click Configuration.

This opens the workspace configuration area.

Select Organisation

From the Configuration side menu, click Organisation.

This opens the Organisation settings page.

This page contains organisation-level details such as:

  • Organisation Name

  • ABN or ACN

Update the Organisation Name

In the Organisation Name field, enter the updated company name.

Example:

WDL PTY LTD

Check the spelling carefully before saving.

Save the Changes

Click Save on the Organisation Name card.

Once saved, the updated company name will be used across the system wherever organisation details are displayed.

Important Notes

  • The organisation name should match the business or trading name your organisation wants to display.

  • Updating the organisation name does not automatically update the ABN or ACN.

  • If the ABN or ACN also needs to be updated, update it separately in the ABN/ACN section.

  • Always review the spelling before saving.

  • Some users may not be able to update this setting without the correct Admin permissions.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot update the company name:

  • Refresh the browser.

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Make sure you are in Admin > Configuration > Organisation.

  • Make sure the Organisation Name field is not blank.

  • Check that your role has permission to update configuration settings.

  • Try saving again.

  • Contact an administrator if the issue continues.
