Written by Adam

Open the Dashboard

From the left navigation menu, click Dashboard.

The Announcements panel appears on the right side of the Dashboard.

Find the Announcement

In the Announcements panel, find the announcement you want to react to.

Each announcement card may include:

  • An image or logo

  • Announcement title

  • Announcement message

  • Reaction buttons

  • A Pinned label, if the announcement is pinned

Choose a Reaction

At the bottom of the announcement card, click one of the available emoji reaction buttons.

Available reactions may include:

  • 👋

  • 🎉

  • 💗

Your reaction is added immediately after you click it.

Change or Remove Your Reaction

If you need to change your reaction, click another available reaction button.

If the same reaction button is clicked again, it may remove your reaction depending on the current setup.

Important Notes

  • Reaction buttons appear at the bottom of each Announcement card.

  • You can only react using the emojis available on the announcement.

  • A Pinned label means the announcement has been highlighted by the team or administrator.

  • Reactions help your team quickly acknowledge or respond to updates.

  • The available emoji options may vary depending on the announcement setup.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot see the Announcements panel:

  • Make sure you are on the Dashboard.

  • Check whether there are any active announcements.

  • Ask an administrator to confirm your access.

If the reaction buttons do not appear:

  • The announcement may not have reactions enabled.

  • Refresh the page and check again.

  • Ask an administrator to review the announcement settings.

If your reaction does not register:

  • Click the reaction button again.

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Refresh the page and confirm whether the reaction was saved.

If you reacted by mistake:

  • Click the same reaction again to try removing it.

  • Or select a different reaction, if changing reactions is supported.
