Use the User Profile Area

The user profile area appears at the bottom of the left navigation menu.

This area shows the logged-in user’s name or initials.

It may also include access to profile settings or account options.

Important Notes

Some users may not see every navigation item.

The pages available to each user depend on their assigned role and permissions.

If a user cannot see a page, an administrator should check the user’s role permissions in Admin > Roles.

The layout may look slightly different depending on screen size, theme, and user permissions.

If a Page Does Not Load

If a page does not load after clicking a navigation item:

  • Refresh the browser.

  • Wait a few seconds and try again.

  • Check the internet connection.

  • Click the navigation item again.

  • Contact an administrator if the issue continues.
