At times, when requesting support, an engineer may ask you to provide a support key. This key securely identifies your profile and allows our team to assist you safely.
To begin, navigate to Support Tools in your menu.
Once inside Support Tools, click Generate Key. A secure key will appear — simply provide that key to the support engineer when asked.
