Before You Start
You need access to Finance & Admin and Invoicing.
Staff KPI data appears when staff members have invoicing-related activity, such as logged interactions, coordinated plans, submitted claims, or billed revenue.
Open the Staff KPIs tab
From the left sidebar, go to Finance & Admin.
Select Invoicing.
At the top of the page, select the Staff KPIs tab.
This opens the Staff KPIs page.
Review the Staff KPIs page
The Staff KPIs page shows per-staff invoicing performance.
It helps you monitor:
Interactions
Plans
Claims
Revenue
Average revenue per staff member
If there is no activity yet, the page will show No staff activity in this window.
Search for staff
Use the search bar to search by name or position.
This is helpful when you want to find a specific staff member’s invoicing performance.
Open filters
Select Filters to open the filter panel.
The filter panel lets you narrow KPI results by date range and staff.
Select a date range
Use the Date Range dropdown to choose the reporting period.
Available options include:
Last 30 days
Last 60 days
Last 90 days
Last 6 months
Last 12 months
The selected date range controls which activity is included in the KPI totals.
Filter by staff
Use Filter by Staff to view KPIs for a specific staff member.
If no staff have activity in the selected window, the field may show No staff in this window.
Try changing the date range if the expected staff member does not appear.
Review team performance cards
The Team performance section shows summary cards for the selected period.
These include:
Active Staff
Staff with invoicing activity.Interactions
Interactions logged in the selected window.Plans
Plans under active coordination.Claims
Claims submitted in the selected window.Revenue
Revenue billed by the team.Avg / Staff
Average revenue per active staff member.
Review the staff leaderboard
The Staff leaderboard shows individual staff KPI results.
Use this section to compare staff performance across invoicing activity.
If no activity is available, the leaderboard will show an empty state.
Important Notes
The default date range may show the last 90 days.
Staff KPIs only appear when staff have related invoicing activity.
The page tracks performance based on actions such as logged interactions, coordinated plans, submitted claims, and billed revenue.
If no staff activity appears, it may mean there is no data for the selected date range.
Troubleshooting
If no KPI data appears, change the Date Range filter and check again.
If a staff member is missing, confirm they have logged interactions, coordinated plans, submitted claims, or billed revenue within the selected window.
If the Filter by Staff field shows no options, there may be no staff activity in the selected period.
If the numbers look incorrect, check the related Interactions, Plans, Claims, and Billing records.
If you cannot access Staff KPIs, check your permissions for Finance & Admin and Invoicing.
