Invoicing Calendar

Learn how to use the Invoicing Calendar to view interactions, plan dates, claim activity, and log service interactions from a selected date.

Written by Windolyn Cortes

Before You Start

You need access to Finance & Admin and Invoicing.

The Calendar shows invoicing-related activity, including interactions, plan dates, and claim activity. If there is no activity for a selected day, the day panel will show an empty state.

Open the Calendar tab

From the left sidebar, go to Finance & Admin.

Select Invoicing.

At the top of the page, select the Calendar tab.

This opens the monthly invoicing calendar.

Review the monthly calendar

The calendar displays the selected month in a grid view.

Each column represents a day of the week, from Monday to Sunday.

The current day is highlighted, making it easier to identify today’s date.

Move between months

Use the calendar controls above the grid to change the month.

Available options include:

  • Previous arrow to go back one month

  • Today to return to the current month and day

  • Next arrow to go forward one month

The selected month is shown beside the controls.

Select a date

Click a date in the calendar to view activity for that day.

A side panel opens on the right side of the screen.

The selected date is shown at the top of the panel.

Review the day panel

The day panel shows invoicing-related activity for the selected date.

This may include:

  • Interactions

  • Plan dates

  • Claims

  • Other scheduled invoicing activity

If nothing is scheduled, the panel will show Nothing scheduled.

Log an interaction from the calendar

From the day panel, select Log interaction.

This opens the workflow for creating a new service interaction.

Use this when you want to record a service interaction connected to the selected date.

Close the day panel

Select the X icon in the top-right corner of the side panel to close it.

You will return to the full monthly calendar view.

Important Notes

  • The Calendar provides a unified view of invoicing activity.

  • If a day is empty, it means there are no interactions, plan dates, or claims scheduled for that date.

  • The Log interaction button lets you quickly create a new interaction from the selected date.

  • Calendar activity depends on records created in other Invoicing areas, such as Plans, Interactions, and Billing.

Troubleshooting

  • If the calendar is empty, check whether plans, interactions, or claims have been created.

  • If an expected item is missing, confirm that the item has the correct date assigned.

  • If the wrong month is showing, use Today or the arrow buttons to navigate.

  • If the side panel does not open, select a date directly inside the calendar grid.

  • If you cannot log an interaction, check your permissions for Invoicing and Interactions.
