Forgot password is used when you are locked out or cannot remember your password.
Admin password resets are done from Admin > Users.
Resetting a password may sign the user out of existing sessions.
Use a strong, unique password for account security.
If the user has MFA enabled, they may still need to complete MFA after signing in again.
Admins should only reset passwords when a user needs help regaining access.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot access your account:

Check if the password needs to meet minimum security requirements.
If you cannot see Manage on the Security page:
Make sure you are on Profile > Security.
Refresh the page and try again.
Contact an administrator if the option is still missing.
If you cannot see Reset Password in Admin:
Confirm you are in Admin > Users.

Ask an administrator to check your role permissions.
If the user still cannot sign in after the reset:
Confirm the correct user account was updated.
