Resetting Your Password

Learn how to update your password while logged in or reset it if you’re locked out. This section walks you through both options and provides guidance to ensure your account stays secure.

🔐 Option 1: Update Your Password While Logged In

If you're already signed in, the quickest way to update your password is through your profile:

  1. Visit app.diversitysync.com/profile

  2. Scroll to the Password section

  3. Enter your current password, then set a new one

  4. Click Save to confirm your changes

We recommend using a strong, unique password for added security.

🔁 Option 2: Reset Your Password If You’re Locked Out

Forgot your password? No worries. Just head to our authentication page:

  1. Go to the login screen at app.diversitysync.com

  2. Click “Forgot password?”

  3. Enter the email address linked to your account

  4. Follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password
