Participants

Viewing and creating participants within Diversity Sync'd.

The Participants section of Diversity Sync'd contains the profiles of the individuals that staff are supporting and providing care for.

To navigate to this section:

  1. Open the side menu.

  2. Select Participants from the list of options.

Participant Table Overview

The Participants table displays essential information about individuals being supported. The table includes the following column titles:

  • Participant

  • Case Manager

  • Organisation

  • Branch

  • Archived

  • ID

Staff can easily search and filter the table using the following criteria:

  • Participant name

  • Case manager name

  • Program type (NDIS or Child Safety)

  • Branch affiliation

  • Archived status

Accessing a Participant Profile

To view more details about a participant, simply click on the participant within the table. This will take you to their profile, where you can quickly navigate to their participant files as well as view and update personal and care-related information.

Creating a New Participant

To create a new participant, ensure you have the necessary permissions. Navigate to the Participants table and click the Create Participant button, located at the top right of the table.

For a quick participant creation, only the First Name and Last Name fields are required. Additional details can be added later as needed.

Participant Form Overview

The Participant Form provides a comprehensive overview of key information for each participant, including:

  • Personal Details

  • School Information

  • NDIS Details

  • Training Requirements

  • Medical Information

  • Rostering Requirements

  • Participant Grouping Options

This layout is designed to give you quick access to the most relevant information when managing participant profiles.
