Create/Edit Improvement

The Improvements section of Diversity Sync'd is designed for staff to submit recommendations for organisational improvements, not Diversity Sync'd related feedback. Staff members with the appropriate permission can propose improvements across any area within the organisation, including specific requests that Support Workers are able to make for houses they work within.

Improvements Table

The Improvements table includes the following fields:

  • Request Title: Summary of the improvement being requested.

  • Request By: The staff member who submitted the improvement request.

  • Assignees: Staff members assigned to implement the improvement.

  • Target Date: The goal date by which the improvement should be completed.

  • Status: Current progress or state of the improvement request. (Active or Complete).

  • Improvement ID: A unique identifier for each improvement request.

Viewing and Managing Improvements

Selecting any improvement from the table will display detailed information about the request.

To access the Improvements section and create improvements, staff members must have the appropriate permissions:

  • View Improvements permission to browse existing requests.

  • Create Improvements permission to submit new improvement requests.

Creating an Improvement

To create an improvement, select the blue Create Improvement button this will then open a modal.

The fields within the create modal will include the same as outlined above, however there will also be the option for:

  • Strategies: Staff creating the improvement are able to add strategies to help complete the improvement.

  • Email Assignees: Option to notify assigned staff about the creation of the improvement request.

Editing an Improvement

To edit an improvement select the improvement within the improvements table. The following fields are editable:

  • Assignees: Staff assigned to the improvement request.

  • Improvement Status: Active or Complete status of the improvement request.
