What are Permissions?

The Permissions or "Rules" available through Diversity Sync'd are assigned to a specific Role. Once a user is assigned a Role, they immediately obtain all corresponding permissions. Due to this feature, take care in assigning Roles to prevent unintended information dispersion.

Admin Panel: Participants

  • View Participants Tab: Allows users to see the participants tab in the admin panel.

  • Archive Participants: Archive or un-archive participants in the admin panel.

  • Manage Participant Training: Set participant training requirements in the admin panel.

Admin Panel: Users

  • View Users Tab: Access and view the users tab in the admin panel.

  • Manage User Roles: Add or remove users from specific roles.

  • Archive Users: Archive or un-archive users in the system.

  • Block Users: Block or un-block user access to the system.

  • Reset Passwords: Allows resetting of user passwords from the admin panel.

  • Manage Multi-factor Authentication: Reset users' multi-factor authentication settings.

Admin Panel: Integrations

  • View Integrations Tab: View the integrations tab in the admin panel.

  • Edit Integrations: Ability to add or remove integrations from the admin panel.

Admin Panel: Roles

  • View Roles Tab: See the roles tab in the admin panel.

  • Edit System Roles: Create, edit and assign system roles.

Admin Panel: Logs

  • View Logs Tab: View the logs tab in the admin panel.

Admin Panel: Billing

  • View Billing Tab: Access the billing tab in the admin panel.

Directly relates to Shift Notes, Incident Reports, Hazard Reports and Property Damage Report forms.

  • View Forms: Access any support work related forms.

  • Create Forms: Save support work related forms.

  • Edit Forms: Modify any existing support shift forms.

  • Email Forms: Download and send support shift forms.

  • Delete Forms: Remove support work related forms.

  • Manage IRF Mail List: Edit incident report mail list.

Jobs

  • View Maintenance: Access the maintenance section.

  • Edit Maintenance: Make changes in the maintenance section.

Participants

  • View Participants: Access and view participant details.

  • Edit Participants: Make changes to participant details.

  • Manage Requirements: Make changes to participant requirements.

  • Manage Groups: Make changes to participant groups.

  • View Groups: View participant groups.

  • Manage Group Members: Make changes to participant group members.

Roster

  • Edit Roster: Make modifications to the roster.

  • Download Files: Preview and download files within storage.

  • Upload Files: Upload files to storage.

  • Delete Files: Delete files within storage - also required for overwrite operations such as rename, cut, replace etc.

  • Admin Storage: Assign folders to roles & use storage without restrictions.

Registers

  • View Registers: Access and see registers and shift details.

  • Edit Registers: Make changes within registers.

  • Export Register: Export all registers within a set range.

  • Lock Notes: Lock & unlock 24 hour shift note blocks.

Leave Management

  • View Leave Requests: Access all leave request details.

  • Create Leave Requests: Submit new leave requests.

  • Manage Leave Requests: Make changes to and create leave requests for all users.

  • Export Leave: Export leave data.

  • Manage Leave Mail List: Edit leave request mail list.

  • Authorize Leave: Authorise leave requests so status can be changed.

Account Management

  • Assume Control: Take limited control of other user accounts.

Cora Chat

  • Create Large Conversations: Start conversations with more than 20 users.

  • Hide & View Messages: Hide and view hidden messages within Cora Chat.

  • Compulsory Channels: Ability to create compulsory conversations that are unable to be left by users.

  • Read Only Conversations: Ability to create read only conversations.

  • Remove Users: Ability to remove user from conversations.

Notice Board

  • Create Notices: Create and post announcements on the notice board.

Continuous Improvement

  • View Improvements: View continuous improvement.

  • Manage Improvements: Make changes to and create continuous improvements.

Shift Notes

  • Admin View All: View shift note timelines without access restrictions.

  • Admin Edit All: Make changes to and create shift notes without access restrictions.

  • Admin View Forms: View custom form templates without access restrictions.

  • Admin Edit Forms: Make changes to and create custom form templates without access restrictions.

  • Create Form Submissions: Create a form submission for a staff member within shift note contributions.

  • Admin Form Submissions: Make changes to and submit forms without access restrictions.
