Please verify all staff email addresses before running a sync. Any mismatch between Diversity Sync'd and Xero will result in a new Xero profile being created.
Assuming you have the correct permissions and you're integrated and authenticated with your Xero account. You will be able to sync your DS staff with your Xero employees.

Firstly, navigate to the staff menu tab, and either create a new staff or select an existing staff.

When syncing a staff ensure the email for the DS staff is the same email for the corresponding employee within your Xero account. If DS email is different to an employees within Xero, a new Xero employee will be created.
When creating a new staff within DS you're able to create a new Xero employee with basic details if chosen to sync with the selected Xero account.
If a staff is deleted within DS, the employee will not be deleted within Xero. Furthermore, if an employee is deleted within Xero, its recommended to select the corresponding staff within DS and set their finance account to none.
