The Continuous Improvement tool empowers employees to contribute valuable insights and suggestions that can significantly enhance various aspects of your organization, including performance, morale, and overall efficiency.
Click the Improvements tab in the navigation bar
Click the Create Improvement button
Once Steps 1 & 2 are completed, a Continuous Improvement Submission Form pop-up will open with fields for Improvement Name, Target Date, Assignees, Details, Strategies, and a toggle button for Email Notification.
After all fields are completed, click Submit to send your request.
Content Tips
Improvement Name: Start with a concise and descriptive title for your proposal.
EXAMPLE: New Microwave
Target Date: If you have a specific deadline in mind for when you'd like to see your improvement realized, mention it here. If you're unsure about the timeframe, leave this field blank.
Assignees: Initially, it’s advisable to leave the assignee section open. Once your proposal is reviewed, the most suitable team members for implementation will be assigned.
Details: Describe the issue at hand or the area of improvement.
EXAMPLE: Current microwave is outdated and does not meet safety requirements.
Strategies: This is the action plan. Outline practical steps or methods to achieve your proposed improvement.
EXAMPLE: Research new microwaves and select the most cost-effective option.
Email Notification: Activate this option if you wish to receive updates whenever there's a development or change regarding your proposal. It's a great way to stay informed and engaged with the progress of your suggestion.
